Parenting at mealtimes is hard! I believe every parent needs access to a dietitian to support them through the nutrition, feeding, and mealtime questions that inevitably come up. I’m here to support you with evidence-based, nutrition science, and gentle techniques so you can stop stressing about food and mealtimes. Small successes of the day: P. Helped me prepared broccoli nugget from start to finish and even touched the wet mix (which she would never have done before)

I’ll post 2 different day/time options in the Thalia’s Table forum for you to vote on the one that works for you. Remember, if something comes up and you can’t make it, you’ll still be able to pre-submit your questions for me to answer. You’ll also have unlimited access to the recorded sessions on demand to watch when it’s most convenient for you. Refer to your tier level to see which months lives are scheduled.

Yes! Anytime you want to access content at a higher tier, you can upgrade and get access immediately. If you wish to downgrade, you can do that as well. I would recommend doing that prior to your next auto-renewal so you continue to have your member benefits as long as possible.

You can use either Stripe or PayPal at checkout and your subscription renews automatically either monthly or yearly (whichever you select.) You’ll receive an email 5 days prior to your automatic renewal day. If you wish to cancel your next month subscription, please do so before your subscription auto-renews. Thalia’s Table is a membership contribution site, once contributions are processed they are final (no refunds.)

Yes, and your contribution is greatly appreciated. If you choose to make a one-time contribution it’s not considered a membership and therefore won’t give you access to the benefits offered to members. If you’d like to have access to the membership – select the amount you wish to contribute and process it as a membership, then simply cancel when you’re ready. If you don’t need/want the member benefits and wish to go ahead with the one-time contribution, click here!

Yes, you can. Your subscription is greatly appreciated. Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of its current term (month or year) and you will lose access to all member benefits at that time.
