Small successes of the day: P. Helped me prepared broccoli nugget from start to finish and even touched the wet mix (which she would never have done before)

Thalia’s Table is a membership that supports you and families all over the world. When you become a member, you provide financial support to fund credible and valuable nutrition information that’s easily accessible to the people who need it most.

Thalia’s Table is not a 1 on 1 nutrition counselling service.

At all tier levels of Thalia’s Table you’re invited to participate, share questions, and vote for questions you’d like to see me create fresh content for.

At tier 2 and 3 you have access to live face to face sessions with me (for details on the live sessions, refer to the tiers info)

At tier 3, you’ll have access to the exclusive QandA forum directly with me (plus the other forums.) Go to the private QandA forum to post your question and I’ll respond within 48 hours.*

* Questions appropriate for this forum include general mealtime/feeding/nutrition questions. Complex medical questions or those related to a specific medical condition are questions I cannot answer via this medium – you’ll need to discuss those with your personal dietitian and/or paediatrician. Please be aware the forum is open to and viewable to other members, never post private health information.

I’ll post 2 different day/time options in the Thalia’s Table forum for you to vote on the one that works for you. Remember, if something comes up and you can’t make it, you’ll still be able to pre-submit your questions for me to answer. You’ll also have unlimited access to the recorded sessions on demand to watch when it’s most convenient for you. Refer to your tier level to see which months lives are scheduled.

Yes! Anytime you want to access content at a higher tier, you can upgrade and get access immediately. If you wish to downgrade, you can do that as well. I would recommend doing that prior to your next auto-renewal so you continue to have your member benefits as long as possible.

You can use either Stripe or PayPal at checkout and your subscription renews automatically either monthly or yearly (whichever you select.) You’ll receive an email 5 days prior to your automatic renewal day. If you wish to cancel your next month subscription, please do so before your subscription auto-renews. Thalia’s Table is a membership donation site, once donations are processed they are final.

Yes, and your contribution is greatly appreciated. If you choose to make a one-time contribution it’s not considered a membership and therefore won’t give you access to the benefits offered to members. If you’d like to have access to the membership – select the amount you wish to contribute and process it as a membership, then simply cancel when you’re ready. If you don’t need/want the member benefits and wish to go ahead with the one-time contribution, click here!

Yes, you can. Your subscription is greatly appreciated. Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of its current term (month or year) and you will lose access to all member benefits at that time.
